We should revisit the importance of jailing folks for victimless crimes. No victim, no crime. The problem with our system of justice is that the ones who are most worthy of being in prison are the ones putting people there. Justice is a joke in America. If you're broke, you're guilty, and if you've got money or pull, you're innocent. Undoubtedly some people who are in prison need to be there, but that actual number is MUCH SMALLER than the well heeled creeps that belong there but will never see the inside of a courtroom.
