Yep, same time that 4 US Northern air bases went dark... They blamed the weather, but it probably was a directional microwave/emp blast that disrupted communications... A few months ago, in the black sea, one of our ships went dark due to a new soviet weapon that was mounted on one of their aircraft. Depending on its effective range, just point that weapon at incoming interceptors and they would fall out of the sky... |
