Good documentary. It's hard to imagine the horrors of WWII and people tend to dehumanize Germans due to the ongoing propoganda campaigns but they were people too like anyone else.

The point made in this documentary is what happened to the German people; it is this version of WWII that has been suppressed from the entire world. I do agree that war is ugly and should be avoided at all cost.

So basically the bombing runs were so indiscriminate as to destroy ancient museum historical artifacts, schools, orphanages, hospitals, and residential houses, that it is equivalent to what people consider ISIS to be doing in the middle-east today?

So basically, they did to Germany what Hitler never could've done to the world?

What coverup? The Germans invaded most nations of Europe, killed millions while raping and looting Europe. When they lost they really got ass fucked.... and deservedly so.

War is a terrible thing and if you start a war and lose it isn't a pretty thing.

Most of this documentary is true (although there are exaggerations and propaganda straight from Goebbels in this rather pathetic video)... it is just one sided. All of Europe suffered similarly. Poland, Hungary, Slovakia and other Eastern European nations suffered as the Nazi's invaded, raped, robbed looted and destroyed them, then the Russians destroyed what was left as they beat the Nazi's back to Germany.

If Hellstorm was done from a Polish perspective you would see both the German and Russian cruelty.

More Germain soldiers killed after the Peace Agreement by Allied Powers ending the Second World War, then during the whole of WW2.
That is a very very Big takeaway from this film.

We all know the narrative of WWII that has been handed to us by the victors of that war. Our countries have been living with the consequences ever since. We are bombarded by Hollywood, an endless amount of books written on the subject, and force-fed(taught) about the "good war" in our schools.

This documentay film tells the story of what happened to the GERMAN PEOPLE. Their suffering has been suppressed, a COVER-UP, until now. We are speaking about innocent women, children and old folks; their suffering needs to be recognized too. After all, 70 years has gone by, simply recognize the 11 million deaths so that it may never happen again.

But it isn't the first documentary about the suffering of the German people and it's full of propaganda. I've read numerous books and seen documentaries (real ones) on Germany after the war. I thought it was hilarious when they talked about SS officers who were shocked that upon surrendering they weren't treated with respect! OMG even in Nazi Germany the SS was feared but not respected.

Unfortunately this fraud of a documentary isn't going to do anything to prevent another war or the nearly 100 million deaths of WWII because it is full of lies.

Your lies are old and tired. No one believes the "old" truths. They're dead.

Every day more and more people are waking up. And all you do is repeat the nonsense.

Ok, one that I recall was the narrator claiming conditions at the Dachau concentration camp were the same as all over Germany due to lack of supplies late in the war. That isn't true at all, the troops liberating the camps even made the local townspeople come to see the horrific conditions. The young female voice narrating the video counts on stupid people believing such a sweet innocent voice while telling such lies.

The video also uses the Nazi propaganda figures for casualties in Dresden. The bombing was a horrible event.... but Nazi propaganda inflated the numbers dramatically. They even claimed after the night time firebombing there was surprise bombing as the first responders were trying to aid people. In reality during WWII the British bombed by night and the Americans bombed by day, regular as clockwork. The video phrases it to make it seem like an ambush on first responders.

The video should teach people not to be hateful, anti-semitic Nazis by showing them the results of this hateful regime.

Thanks for these two points: I'll research them on my own, and if I get stumped, I'll contact Kyle Hunt and Thomas Goodrich. In regards to teaching the German people not to be hateful or this will be the result, reveals to me your warped and tireless agenda.

The Dresden Inferno: An Allied War Crime

Witness testimony and footage, entails timeline. Dresden was firebombed three times within a 14 hour period. A total annihilation of the Dresden citizens and the refugees that had fled to Dresden for safety. Knowing how many were actually killed is difficult to determine.

You are wrong about the bombing of Dresden.
In regards to Dachau having a lack of supplies before being liberated, more than probable.
Bringing in the townfolk to see the wreckage, a part of the "reeducation" program.
