They showed this video, tested theories, and determined that the car more than likely went under the fence on the show Fact or Faked. In their tests, the car was able to fit under the fence without much movement on the fence, as it fell right back in it's place very quickly.

Something else went on there for sure On the show, they had an exact duplication. The chain fence was loose on the very bottom. So the car easily slipped under the fence. The fence went up and over the car and then immediately returned to its stationary position ...it settled back quickly with no signs of movement. They were able to recreate it perfectly. Ask yourself...Which is more likely? A 2k pound car disappearing through time and space? Or a vehicle going under a chain link fence? Which was easily recreated?. Btw...you can still see the tail lights fade out afterwards. Plus this video is very poor quality.
