What does your lease say?  To be in same condition ... Yeah you have to repaint Chatty...get cheap paint :) It's soooo ridiculous though because the supper told me that if it was a light colour it wouldn't have to be redone .... And now the owner says another thing ... Oooo and they left my fro t door unlocked since last Thursday ... Nice ehhh The supper is not the owner, don't eat him.
