Ok so the property manager(( supper intendant )) told me 2+ yr's ago that if I picked a neutral light colour the walls wouldn't have to be painted when I move .....
so we picked out a very light very neutral colour together and the Supper went out and purchased it for me ...
Well I was told today by the owner of the building that it has to all be back to the " builders beige" before I leave @ end of this month...
Or he will charge me $1000.00 to have a 800sq feet apt painted
Can he do this legally ?????
What are my rights ??

Lol You have to make sure that their wine bottles cause those actually really brittle and easy to shatter. Hard Liqour and Beer bottles are very thick and chances are it wont break when you throw it at the house and you will look like an idiot. Lol lol lol U r bad !!!
