At first i thought he'd swallowed a hook , but luckily he didnt.. after about 5 minutes or so i was able to get the string from around his little neck, i then loosened my grip and the little guy took off completely unharmed.. it was an amazing feeling knowing i was able to help him! He came back for the next few days and sat on my patio chair each day and then one day he stopped coming but I will always remember my experience as the hummingbird whisperer ! That little guy reminds me of a tiny baby robin my siblings and I rescued when I was about 10yo. We fed him raw hamburger and cut up worms and he ended up growing up and flying away but he always came back every Spring. We knew it was him because he never learned how to sing and only tweeted "Beep-Boop, beep-boop, beep-boop" over and over! That was actually what we named him! |

Mine was a stray dog with its paw hooked on a wire at the top of a chain link fence it was trying to climb over. It bit me...hard! But I got her off and she was the best dog you could ever have had for the next 8 years. Cool fuckin shit man.. dig life..encourage life..iJn |
