I've been told, that they believe that when they die, they get their 'own planet'. Where all their family can visit...and live there with them.
I believe, that this IS the future of uploaded consciousness, into a personally chosen, tailor-made, 'Afterlife'.. That IS what Heaven IS, right? Think Holodeck, coupled with Total recall and Virtual Reality(VR).

Thoughts create our reality. A game within an game, within a game. Quoting: Seer777 Death is that which Man will conquer. If not through flesh body, it will be through uploading our consciousness, into a VR. That is what we were promised. So that is what we make. Self fulfilling prophesy.  realities are created all the time in the astral... it is not a matter of uploading anything; every being survives physical death... however, most gravitate to belief systems, such as the mythology of religion... this mythology only exists in the astral because beings are giving it energy, willing it to be so...the more beings doing this, the stronger the construct becomes... check out some of robert munroe's institute, and the experience of some of the students... some of them have explored these astral belief systems for decades.. I know that in my dream world I feel physical pain. I use to have reoccurring dream as a small child and into my teens, where I would be forced barefoot over shards of broken glass. The pain was unreal. I would sit and have to pull out the shards. Which would feel exactly as would one imagine. I can smell and taste food when I dream. I can fly. I can orgasm in 3 seconds. It is as (un)real to me there, as it is here. Until I wake up. Then it fades. So quick as to be laughable.
