What would you suggest as far as direction? I find myself rather directionless of late. At least in this regard.

When the nurse pulled out the tubes I took one deep breath and I came back as I was before. I have no ill effects physically or mentally after being "dead" for 18 hours. I came back with the total awareness of what you refer to as the "astral". The only way I have been able to try and explain what the astral is is by the use of metaphors. There is nothing in the "astral" like there is here or nothing here that is in the "astral". That's amazing. If I might ask, how did you find yourself in such a state? What did you experience while 'being dead'? What do you recall?
