The last time the energy had a locked hold on me and was scaring me, was this day.

I sang the Ashira song in my head over and over and it backed up.

It has the word Adonai in it and it was that word that seemed to work.

Now, Are you sure you were entered and you didn't enter somewhere you weren't invited, but seemed inviting?

A few of the operative phrases you have used make it seem like you realize that you had gone off reservation without intending too.

When I was singing that..I was terrified.

It had complete hold of me, at that point.


I try to keep that from happening. Like I was saying in the days previous. It was too late at that point, and I knew it.

Singing was all I had left to keep myself calm and to try to ..regain control.

All the foods it is in are one I regularly consume.

The sunshine helped with the insomnia. It basically fixed me. And looking back, it makes sense. PNW doesn't get a lot of sun a good portion of the year so it can be normal never to really get sun on your skin.

People avoid it.

Circadian rhythm, sunlight, vitamin D, insomnia..it just all came together one morning in my garden.

Of course..I wasn't alone.

But..I slept like a baby that night.

Vitamin B12 is naturally found in animal products, including fish, meat, poultry, eggs, milk, and milk products.

I'm not a vegan. The only thing on the list I don't eat is meat. I don't eat cereal. No more soy either. That stuff is poison. I'm careful with eggs.

I eat salmon at least once a week. And load it with herbs from my garden. Dinner, no later than 6 pm.

Or none at all.
