The energy has been all over the place today.

I'm about to make some cookie dough here shortly.

I've been waiting for the butter/egg to warm up to room temperature. The butter was frozen.


Have new cookie cutters being delivered tomorrow. New rolling pin too.

I am devoid of the impulse to do just about anything.
I always wait for the poiny that i’ll have free time...then I don’t know what to do with it.

Inspiration is the fuel.

I think to myself what it would have cost someone say 30 years ago to learn in 10 minutes, a technique on YouTube.

People are very good at mimicking and such that, just watching a vid can inspire one to practice a new talent.


Sometimes I like to think that life is a lot like the The Sims. I particularly have a lot of down time I can spend productively doing thing like learning new skills. Like in the game. Playing chess or painting, or cooking and gaining skill points.


Many people don't have that luxury and I feel blessed to have it. Such that, I like to inspire other people, through the things I create in my spare time.

I am talented, but it’s all intellectual pursuits.

Point is what is working for you and what isn't.

Also, hobbies make life more enjoyable.

Loss of interest is a symptom of depression. If that is the case your therapist needs to be addressing that directly.

I have very, very slowly made it past pg 100 of Wheel of Time, since last December. I only read bits when I'm working and customers are few.

I read the first maybe four wheel of time books. Good but a little slow to be honest.

When I first got here I read all the time. Lately though, nope. I need to get back into it.
