observe the Y vector, that intersects the box. this is the basis which enables the construction of a holographic image of a flat two dimensional structure within a circular frame. interpolating the six sided structure on a 3D, Y vertices, within a circular frame provides all the information needed to construct a holographic image. lol

I've been watching the baking show. Not feeling particularly deep tonight. I could really go for some cake or something. Dont usually indulge...but yeah. Portal is a genius game though.

In my opinion video games when done right can be fantastic vehicles for storytelling, art, and music to coincide in a lovely way that engages the player in a completely unique way. They can be mentally stimulating or emotionally stimulating in a way movies never are because they aren't interactive

I doubt you understand how many more dimensions are involved in a story when you have a player engaging the plot as an active participant. You have probably never played a video game so of course you wouldn't understand.

video game aren't art per say, they are mass manufactured indoctrination vehicles! their emotional stimuli are geared towards single faceted addictive rewards, totally short-circuiting a rewards/pleasure fix! lol

movies are more inclined to be multifaceted art structures that inspire! lol

A scary game for instance is almost insanely more frightening than a movie because as the player you must take initiative to move the plot forward even though you know something abhorrent is coming. It puts you there mentally and emotionally in a very different way.

I forgot to ask or forgot what you said..is your internship paid? If offered a full-time position, does it pay enough that you could get an apartment?

Seems it would have to pay BIG, to even rent an apartment without 3+ roommates crowding up your space..

1 roommate can be hard enough. 3 roommates is a recipe for future disaster.

Yeah I don't know if the full time position would play enough to get my own apartment. Likely not, but the experience is still quite valuable for future jobs. It is a paid internship, but a very small amount. Enough to buy myself some nice things while I'm here but not really enough to save up for the future.

Why even call it a cult?

It automatically has negative connotations right out the gate.

Why not, design your own card game, or something like that?

Not that, that would be easy. But you played games enough, I bet you could do it.

I was doing some research last night looking for different card and board games for my niece and nephew. Stuff like this:
