Look how much effort the bakers put into their work just to have Paul rip it apart..poking their bread, pointing out soggy-bottoms, dry sponge, etc. Sure it hurts in the moment but he is trying to make them better bakers and they know that.

Some fold under pressure. Some shine. Some do both depending on what it is. :P


I'm glad you were able to connect in such a meaningful way with both the staff and residents yesterday.
