I'd be more careful in the future, pigeonholing the energy like that..
That's insulting really.
Sorry about headaches. Maybe try Advil, being Excedrin has caffeine in it, and get to sleep at a decent hour.
If it is the energy though..guess you'll have to ride it out. When it messes with my sleep, it fills me with murderous rage.
Boundaries are important to any relationship.
