Manson didn't cross my mind.. Just finished watching this documentary. Couldn't find a trailer for it. It is on Netflix. [ link to www.imdb.com (secure)] Wanted to mention that this documentary has disturbing imagery and can be summed up pretty quick. The females of the cult, basically became sex slaves to the males of the cult, then were later to become 'prostitutes for Jesus' which they called 'fishing'. Then later as a group, turned their sexual appetites toward the children/teens as well. Pretty dark stuff. Sex is not love. The two have nothing to with each other, in my view. Prostitutes for Jesus? The hell does that even mean? While I get where you're coming from with the last part- and agree you can have love without sex and sex without love, the two can certainly go together from my perspective. Intention of the participants and what not They took tons of video and had flyers and posters printed up, so there is a lot of media to see. In one poster, it showed a naked woman on the end of a fish hook. The guru..or whatever he was..basically demanded they all have sex together and send him the video tape recordings of the them doing so. It was essentially a pornography ring, disguised as a religion. Then they got the kids involved. There is video of small children doing strip tease. They blur the face and only show the part when they are clothed..but there is other disturbing photographs from the fliers they printed their propaganda on.
