John Candy was a treasure, we lost too soon. Maybe there is a reason why. That's no one wants to talk about. [ link to youtu.be (secure)] Chain smoking...too many Twinkies and the depression inherent in comedy. I was mostly getting at that fame is a curse.. and our comedians funnies come from a place of pain. Fame is not a curse if it's a byproduct of you resounding in many minds while creating a string of ideas that give you pearly gobs of bliss. Fame is a curse when you are creating ever weaker echoes of something long dead.
It's becomes a lifesucking demon.Who really ever escapes fame? Of any sort.. Is '5 minutes of Fame' the virus of today? [ link to youtu.be (secure)]
