FWIW..being you told me where you are, I can call them and tell them directly you are repeating old patterns. The anxiety needs to be better managed as well, along with monitoring your eating. Rehab is enormously expensive. You should also respect that. I'm sure there is even a way I could email. Won't even need to pick up the phone...
