No. It is not that at all.
It's also called the 'explanatory gap'.
It is why you can't describe how red or blue looks to an always blind person. Or how something smells. A rose, is a rose, is a rose..
It is the understanding that within our own perceptions we are all alone, but we can agree on certain things, like we can all agree that red is red, but we still don't know for sure, if you see red, the same as another. Even though we both call it red.
It's a great vid. Worth watching more than once.
