We the people of ______________________ Do hereby declare the following Rights to be Innate and protected
by all due force Necessary to protect the Freedoms and Liberty of all persons Living, Visiting or seeking protection within the community from any who would seek to take or harm them.

The Human Bill of Rights:

Right #1
Government shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or
abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances. Religions that call for followers to kill/murder or physically harm people for reason other than self defense of a perceived immediate credible threat are excluded from Protection.

Right #2
A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free people, the right of the people to keep and bear
Arms, shall not be infringed. All Weapons and Armor are permitted with the following Exceptions.
Banned Weapons that constitute a War Crime and a sentence of Life in prison without parole if convicted.
All Weapons that Kill indiscriminately such as
GAS(Chemical Weapons, Intentional Dispersal of Toxic Elements or Compounds)
Virus(including ALL Vaccines)
Bacteria
Genetically Modified Organisms
Radiological weapons like Depleted Uranium
Bombs or Explosive Devices that operate with active physical triggers that remain active for more than two hours

Right #3
No Soldier shall, in time of peace or war be quartered in any house or property, without the consent of the Owner.

Right #4
The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, communications, data and effects, against
unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause,
supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized listing what Laws the persons or things have violated. If no proof of a crime is found in the search and the person to be seized has no existing evidence of having committed a Crime they shall not be seized.
All Warrants issued will list all those affirming probable Cause including all details of what information pertaining to probable cause, and how, where and when that information was obtained. Anonymous Tips shall not be considered sufficient reason for probable cause.

Right #5
No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the Militia, when in actual service in time of War or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offense to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.

Right #6
In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury
of the State and district wherein the crime shall have been committed, which district shall have been previously
ascertained by law, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against him; to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor, and to have the Assistance of Counsel for

his defense.

The Sixth Amendment establishes a number of rights of the defendant in a criminal trial:

The right to a speedy and public trial
The right to trial by an impartial jury
The right to be informed of criminal charges
The right to confront witnesses
The right to compel witnesses to appear in court
The right to assistance of counsel

Right #7
In suits at common law, where the value in controversy shall exceed twenty dollars, the right of trial by jury shall be preserved, and no fact tried by a jury, shall be otherwise re-examined in any court of the United States, than according to the rules of the common law.

Excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted

Right #9
Rights not listed shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people

Right #10
Trade may be done using any form of barter, money or property that both parties agree to that do not
violate the banned items listed in Right #2

Right #11
The right parents or guardians to home school their own children, or others children with the consent of their parents or guardians.

Right #12
The right to remain free of any form of duress or coercion from Government in regards to any mandated service or
product.

Right #13
Identification, Licenses and Registrations will not be required by Government, but may be obtained by people and
Businesses Voluntarily. Businesses may require Employees and/or Customers to provide them. If an Employee does not
want to provide a Social Security Number to an employer, the employer will issue a unique employee identification number to that employee for purposes of payroll and identification. Employers may not withhold any wages from employees pay without the willing consent of the employee.

Right #14
Building Codes will be required and enforced only for Public Buildings, and those where people Rent.
Any building that has Not passed Public Building Code must display a sign next to or on all entry doors that
can be read in English stating "No Building Code Inspection."
