I do not, of course, believe there is anything inherently wrong or inferior about American Blacks. On the contrary, I consider them resourceful survivors who have faced centuries of oppression. Indeed we are. I was born in the late 1980's and grew up around the up and coming "Rap culture" and everyone (including the white kids) thought it was cool, for a little while but as we grew older we discovered that it would only lead you down a path of stupidity and refusal to contribute to society. Now 99% of the people I grew up (white folks) with that were into that culture have moved on and have well paying careers and the black ones who still listen to rap and act like clowns are working at walmart. Coincidence? I think not

Thank god my son goes to a mostly white school. over 150 in the first grade and only 2 blacks and 2 mixed kids, also 2 Asians and a Indian. White public schools are rare these days.

Black people have given up. In the 70s and 80s there were some blacks who aspired to life themselves out of this lifestyle, but now they seem resigned to the fact that there is no place for them in the new America.
