Osama Bin Laden was a fan of 9/11 conspiracy theories, according to a newly released list of English language books found in his Pakistan hideout

The list was among documents belonging to the former al-Qaeda chief published by the US government this week.

Among tomes on law and military strategy are books claiming the US was complicit in the 9/11 attacks.

The release comes shortly after the fourth anniversary of Bin Laden's death at the hands of US special forces.

The list of English-language books - which were all digital copies rather than printed editions - reads like a university reading list, largely made up of serious texts on international relations, politics and law.

A sizable collection of manuals for computer programs, printers and virus protection software paint a picture of the more banal side of life as the world's most wanted man.
'Illuminati'

Bin Laden also owned books by famed Watergate scandal reporter Bob Woodward and US academic Noam Chomsky.

And his interest in conspiracy theories was not confined to 9/11 - there were also books on the kinds of powerful shadowy elites obsessed over by conspiracy theorists, including the "Illuminati" and "Committee of 300".

Not very believable, is it.

If true, it's the most damning evidence that he didn't have anything to do with 9/11. Why would Osama care about the illuminati, and the idea of it being an inside job, if he really did it? IF HE REALLY DID IT, he wouldn't have had any further questions about what happened, and who REALLY did it. It's obvious Osama from day 1 was scratching his head wondering why the American Government killed their own people and blamed it on him. It was stupid of the Government to even admit that he had 'conspiracy theory' literature, this will come back to bite them in more ways than one.

It's very believable. He likely wondered why the American Government murdered their own and blamed it on him, and wanted more information about who REALLY did it.

People who believe the official story, have no need for 'conspiracy theory' literature. Someone who possesses 'conspiracy theory' literature, or goes to websites that present alternative 'conspiracy theories' is a person who doesn't believe the official story put out by the mainstream Governments of the world. We already know too that 9/11 was an inside job full stop, and that Osama had nothing to do with it. 110 story skyscrapers don't vaporize into dust due to Jet fuel, or even thermite/thermate/nano-thermite, no, whatever leveled the towers is something that hadn't been seen before 9/11, and hasn't been seen since. Also, 47 story skyscrapers (building 7) don't collapse at free fall speed, because of small office fires either.

I don't believe he did it. But it also seems weird he'd have a whole lot of electronic conspiracy books. I just don't necessarily believe what the article is stating. I'm not saying I think Bin Laden was behind 9/11.

I can't believe it took the CIA 3 years to make up this lie.

Even if they're lying about the literature that has been claimed to be in his possession, it's the dumbest lie ever, because it proves he DID NOT DO IT. Why the hell would the the alleged mastermind of 9/11 have 9/11 conspiracy theory literature about the US Government actually being behind it? This will blow up in the establishment's face sooner or later, this was the dumbest thing ever to go public with.

that wasn't OBL "home" he died in 2002 according to fox news ... he had a fatal disease ... but you can believe what you want ... that may have been one of his wives' homes, and they may have shot him in the fact to hide the fact that OBL didn't live there ... but OBL died almost a decade before Obummer pulled this stunt.
