The argument is this: The "Rapture" or the Harpazo is a 19th century invention.

To which I say- Bunk. It's not. It's a Holy Spirit invention from the time 1 Thessalonians was written. And frankly in archetype, it's an idea created before the foundations of the world and foreshadowed thousands of years prior to Thessalonians in Enoch and Lot and so on.

I NOTICE the FACT that MOST of Christianity does not recognize the (new) notion of "Rapture" ___as it is taught today___proves my point. I am not on the outside looking in. This notion of Jesus "catching up" the "saved", leaving people behind, (without the holy Spirit) hoping to be saved..WITHOUT the holy Spirit, 7 year trib,, blah, blah is a new invention. The rapture as 99.9 % of its followers believe it involves all the bells and whistles of what happens AFTER it. The ancient version that MOST of the Church follows is an END OF THE WORLD upon His return.

Enoch stood in the Light of the Lord.. Rapture theories stand in darkness and will lead many right into the arms of satan when he is cast out in his spiritual body.

Sure God can snatch anyone at anytime He want's. But He said of those that are around in the final generations that they will be delivered up to death (satans name by the way) for a testimony by way of the Holy Spirit against him.

You know that small bit about the gospel being spread out to the entire world? Gods going to do it right in front of satan while he is claiming to be God. And our Father has some people He can trust to get the job done. He said not a hair on their heads will be harmed..

Once that is done He said He would change them all into their spiritual body and gather them together onto Him right he on the earth. Air = Spirit and Clouds = Masses

That in no way sounds like a pre-mid or any other gathering back until the end of this age of faith is call kaput.

I don't know what "how righteous are you" implies. We are all sinners in the eyes of God. I am no more or less righteous than anybody else. "Our righteousness is as filthy rags". Am I supposed to say I teach children about Jesus at church? I did, go into the prison to teach inmates? I did. But keeping a righteous scorecard is lame. I am a Christian. But fail like everyone else. That is a loaded question. If it is an honest question...than lets just say I am a believer, yes.
