Cut back on the caffeine, it wasn't helping anyway. No supplements really.

And here I am on day 5. I made it to work, but it was a battle. More than once wanted to pull over and take a nap - and it's only a 30 minute drive.

So I'm at work, exhausted, headache, nauseous and if I move to much or too fast, it takes a bit for things to stop spinning. And now my ears are ringing on top of it all.

I just have to make it to the ENT on Wednesday night - and if he can't figure this out, then someone is just gonna have to chop my head off. I seriously can't take this anymore. Off and on since January. Just stupid.
