Summary analysis

The Federal Government treats state sovereignty movements as serious threats when they begin to gain traction. Recall the OKC bombing which occurred at the height of the sovereignty movement during the 90's which served to spread a chilling effect over the 'patriot' and state sovereignty movements.

One of the more significant options at the disposal of the Feds at this point in time, is using their ISIS asset as the 'boots on the ground' to perpetrate a major terrorist act within the USA. However, consider that the current administration is not prone to fighting ISIS, nor interested in demonizing Islam. Rather than blaming ISIS, the greater possibility is that such an attack would be blamed on USA secessionist movements working in tandem with Pro-Russia Ukrainians and Russia by proxy. ISIS could then be retained as a tool at their disposal. Plus, if the USA populace caught on to the scheme, the blame could be quickly shifted to ISIS - two layers of deception to mask the reality.

Military operations are typically multi-purpose. While I do not believe Jade Helm has a single goal beyond the generalization of 'conquering the human domain' within the USA, I do believe the above scenario is a high likelihood.

Through it, not only would Zbigniew Brzezinski and the Russia haters et al advising Obama get their wish of further heightened tensions between Russia and the United States, or perhaps an all-out war between them, but it would provide a pretext to crush the US sovereignty movements and crack down on dissent domestically.

All of this chaos could also potentially serve to obfuscate the real causes of economic failure - distract the populace from giving as much attention to a quickly unraveling economy, crash in bond markets, etc, and the public holding people accountable for it.
