I am in Colorado and that guy was pretty much tortured by his small town.
I have to say i was kinda on his side or understood they really pushed him right into insanity. He lived his insanity and built things that really slapped the snot out of the town. It was like a Home owners association deal. Only the town has the legal people that can ruin your life in everyday. Ayt least that is how that guy felt.

Mr Fraser wasn’t home at the time but his partner Debbie Kerr and her daughter Charlee-Anne, 20, were, along with Ms Kerr’s 29-year-old nephew Cooper, who had been living in a shed next to the house.

Police will allege Ms Kerr took out a two-year AVO against Sager last October after he threatened her daughter after living with the family for a period of time.

A friend of the family said the relationship between Sager and Mr Fraser soured last year.

“They cast him out of their lives because of some pretty full-on things he did,” the friend said.
