LOL these calls are not demonic. I am a service tech for a cable company that offers digital phone service. It means the caller has what is called jitter on the line and needs a service call.

This can also affect voip callers. The scrambled audio you hear, which can sound demonic and intelligible, is actually digital artifacting and is a common problem.

So relax, no demons are calling you.

i remember an earth station(they got rid of the one near where i lived...big dish) used to give strange schedules as well as sounds...right around(maybe before) digital being pressed by the government...(on certain t.v. channels..in between channels being changed)used to have arrivals and departures(from earth ~ stated it too)...and times...all layed out...would come in and out...and at times ...certain channels with snow(white noise) would silently have speech interacting similar to ...a pilot speaking to traffic control ..but in an astronaut like way...very eerie

i've heard certain calls similar to this subject as well...yup and both sides do hear it...at first i thought it was some oscillation issue...but i don't know ~ eerie as well
