The men are cousins of the groom and were initially charged with tampering with physical evidence but those charges have been put on hold

The man whose gun went off during a wedding at the Waldorf Astoria, causing a bullet to graze a woman’s head, had fired his gun accidentally before, wounding himself.

Vladimir Gotlibovsky, 42, accidentally shot himself on Christmas Eve last year, but was still allowed to carry a gun permit for the 9-mm Ruger, police sources said.

The MYVOV Taxi Corp. owner from Brooklyn told police that he was carrying the gun on Saturday because he didn’t want to leave it at home with the maid, according to the New York Daily News.

Both he and his brother, Felix Gotlibovsky have been charged with tampering with physical evidence. But charges have been deferred during the ongoing investigation.
