Thanks for posting this!! I guess you would need to take it only at night. I do wonder if you could take St. John's Wort during the day, and then the generic Benadryl at night. One thing about the St. John's Wort though. If you are on birth controll pills, it can cause them to break down quicker than normal, which might allow an egg to be released. I guess it is not good to use if you are avoiding pregnancy.
