How come Chinese women talk so damn loud???

Whenever I see a Chinese woman talking to someone on the phone or walking down the street with their kids when they are talking normally it always sounds like they are shouting and yelling in their language but they aren't, it's obvious they are just having a normal conversation yet the tone of their voice is so loud.

It's like they are perpetually flustered about something. I hardly ever see a Chinese female talking calmly and smiling and laughing they always talk very loud and aggressively in their own language and always seem moody with their children.
