Couldn't sleep last night - Solar Storm, or something else in the air?

As others here have posted, for some of us the energy out there is tangible. It's getting so intense I am having trouble sleeping ... (and no, it's not because I'm worried about the end of the world.) (Yet!)

I've also been plagued with odd dreams ... feeling like they weren't mine. I mean, my dreams are made up of my experiences and thoughts ... I recognize them and generally feel comfortable in them. I frequently lucid dream, so I tend to have a fairly high level of dream control. But, many times this past few months I have awoken from dream experiences, I could swear weren't mine.

So, I'm just wondering how many others are having sleep problems and/or strange dreams?
