no, binaural beats do not replicate the effects of pills or drugs, that is just marketing BS. At best, they will help you relax naturally by slowing down your brain waves which are typically associated with meditation or sleep. This can also help with anxiety.

They definitely help, but the whole concept of "idosing" or getting any sort of "high" from binaural beats is just marketing hype and placebo.

there is a good iphone app for binaural beats called Brainwave : 32 Binaural Programs... it is very cheap, I think it was like $2, and has 32 different programs built into it
