Anyone with a brain knows that Co2 in the Atmosphere is about to fuck shit up in the next 150 years. Lets not confuse this issue with power hungry greedy globalist setting up a carbon tax that's not going to be used to help the environment but rather set up a communist one world government. This invention caught my eye the other day while i was in a random trollbox on crypto exchanges.

It may be a colourless, odourless and completely natural gas, but carbon dioxide is beginning to cause us a lot of problems. It only makes up a tiny fraction of the atmosphere (0.04% of all the gas by volume – or 395 parts per million) but it has a huge effect on the Earth’s temperature. That's because unlike nitrogen or oxygen, carbon dioxide molecules absorb the Sun's heat rays even though they let light rays pass through, like a greenhouse.

The chances of the global carbon taxes is going to fund such a project as to building 500 thousand of these fake trees is slim to none. Draconian measures do not have to be taken to lower the carbon count in the atmosphere. People still think Global Warming is a myth just like the earth is round. Klaus Lackner, a professor at Columbia University who is developing the tree, met with U.S. Energy Secretary Steven Chu last month to talk about the concept. In an interview with CNN, Lackner said the synthetic tree is "several hundred times better at collecting CO2" than windmill generators. Lackner says that for every 1,000 kilograms of carbon dioxide collected, the tree emits just 200 kilograms. This ratio is more than enough to warrant the relatively high cost of building the trees (about the same as a new automobile) or retrofitting coal plants.
Each synthetic tree could collect about 90,000 tons of carbon per year.
