Attorney: "What did you do when you saw the victim on the ground, gasping?" Guy: "I pissed on him" "The world will soon wake up to the reality that everyone is broke and can collect nothing from the bankrupt, who are owed unlimited amounts by the insolvent, who are attempting to make late payments on a bank holiday in the wrong country, with an unacceptable currency, against defaulted collateral, of which nobody is sure who holds title." Never attribute to malice that which is adequately explained by stupidity. The woman who is not pursued sets up the doctrine that pursuit is offensive to her sex, and wants to make it a felony. No genuinely attractive woman has any such desire. - H.L. Mencken, In Defense Of Women |

Still call 911 if you are allergic and going to go into anaphylaxis. Benadryl is not as good as Epi, but should help some. I'm not a doctor and all the medical advice crap or whatever You try this you agree you won't sue me. |

Quoting: davidnv FIRST: click on this youtube link. The description of WHAT TO DO IF YOU GET BIT starts 8 minutes into it: [link to www.youtube.com (secure)] I personally tested this 2 weeks ago. From past experience I develop these large welts when I get stung. Well, 2 weeks ago I got bit by 2 wasps. Right away I went to the bathroom and peed in a cup. I dipped my finger in the pee and put a few drops under my tongue. I also put some pee on a paper towel and held it to the bites. 1) IMMEDIATELY THE STINGING WENT COMPLETELY AWAY. I mean: there was no sensation AT ALL of stinging or pain. 2) The swelling reaction that I would normally get DID NOT HAPPEN. 3) I was amazed. I know that people make fun of this, but if you do a search for ‘urine therapy’ you’ll see that I’m not kidding. This has been used all over the world for centuries as a cure for many conditions. Again – I know this works because I proved it to myself. I’ll try to answer any serious questions. :ohlook: |

Besides my own personal experience, here's someone else who is allergic to wasps who successfully tried the urine technique: (starts at 9:00 minutes into it) [link to www.youtube.com (secure)] So, in addition to bees and wasps, this guy in the video (Andrew Norton Webber) also says that the urine technique works for any venomous bites - including snake bites. You can bet that now, after I proved to myself that this works for wasp bites, that I would try it in a heartbeat if I ever got bit by a snake - or any other venomous critter for that matter! |
