I've been looking at their pictures side by side on my computer. Same eyes, same shaped eyebrows. Its obvious they doctored him up to be Muhommed, but I believe its very likely the same person. Sorry, I don't know how to manipulate pics in Photoshop but hopefully somebody out there can do a side by side for us.
