Get off grains and especially gluten and dairy. Paleo diet or some other non-inflammatory diet. Look up Dr. Terry Wahls. She was diagnosed with Secondary Progressive MS and was in a wheel chair and healed herself by eating a high nutrition diet (basically, lots of veggies, some grass fed meat, eggs, fish.) |

Neuro says we will go a followup MRI in 3 months. Could be a birth defect or old injury. Whay should I do to? My brother inlaw has MS and I am scared. I am 50 years old. Also the white matter damage visualized on MRI is different So you can have damage showing white matter is that what you refer to?
