Anyway.... I am of the clearly delusional opinion, that enough voices will eventually force the hand of the powers that be. So, in that totally batshit vein, I propose polls, petitions, hand-written letters, etc.... totally pestering the fuck out of our dearly elected representatives.

I understand your pessimism, completely. I had a dream this morning though that kind of pushed me into this. It's funny how the mind works....
