I do not know much about the process of getting a bill to Congress, but if it was a petition, I know every one of my friends and family would sign it...we are all fed up, and the new technology IS scary.

Someone posted something once about a day when drones are flying overhead, and we the people will be suppressed, with no freedoms, and no ability to fight back. Time is short on making a change. I do not trust that "we the people" matter anymore, or that our politicians are not corrupt.
