Strange calls about street project were PLA prank (SCARY!)

A string of potentially illegal, harassing phone calls residents received earlier this week were from an Oregon-based group called “Phone Losers of America,” which makes YouTube videos of its phone call “pranks.”

Some residents who received calls are not laughing, though. Several said they plan to pursue legal action.

Just horrifying that these creeps abuse information in such a childish manner, andget it so effortlessly. That Roy Zherbel guy talked a neighbor of mine into installing a $4,000 handicap ramp on the front of his house for a part-time disabled postman that didn't exist. GO AWAY PLA!!!!!
