Hamas arrests slippery Israeli spy

Hamas claims to have captured a dolphin which was spying for Israel, according to a radio station run by the Israel Defence Forces (IDF).

Israel has a fleet of 'Dolphin-class' submarines but the radio report made it clear that Hamas was referring to the mammal and not the boats.

Other Israeli outlets then reported that they were found with 'spying equipment' which included cameras.

Hamas's naval unit captured the dolphin several weeks ago off the coast of Gaza, the Times of Israel reported.

The IDF radio station said that Hamas claimed they were sent to spy for Mossad, Israel's intelligence agency.

It was captured off the Gaza coast by the naval unit of the Hamas military brigades, the radio report said.
