You have it totally ass backwards really. Satan doesn't lie to his followers at all, it's all above boards in that respect. I think the lines between right and wrong are blurred by the idea that good and evil are constructs of human conscious and not necessarily conscience. Religions tend to dictate to us what is right or wrong and often it defies what I call my conscience morality.
