SCOTTSDALE, AZ - A man convicted twice of public sexual indecency is behind bars again. This time, for not following the rules of his sentence.

Jose Francisco Arias-Fernandez recently returned from Mexico after being deported in January 2015. He’s been living in an apartment along Cherry Lynn in Scottsdale.

I want my Hispanic GRANDchildren protected from monsters like this !
