I'm also wondering how people would keep their computers running. I have a radio that runs on batteries but I'd rather have my computer, of course?

I'm trying to think of ways to avoid a generator because I think someone would steal it, although, if they can't get gas for it, it won't be much good.

Also, I'd like more protection for my apartment. I have dead bolts but would like something more reassuring. Any suggestions? Thank you.
