I have lived on Earth a little over 5 decades. Life has beaten and trampled me more times than I care to remember. I have gotten back up, stronger each time.
Being gentle doesn't mean you're a rug and allow people to walk over you. It means you have compassion for all life.
Exactly. Life is not about who wins or loses, it's about who can get back up after losing.

Your own fear, of failing to be this and that, of your "demons", death, whatever. The only real enemy is fear itself. Also the fear experienced by others is an enemy to our common wellbeing.
