Don't choke the chicken; don't steal the chicken either.
I'd show the chicken farmer a video of the chicken eating the Roma tomato and ask them if they want chicken food! Maybe they'll give you eggs if the prized chicken is eating your lunch. Maybe can the tomatoes and sell them as grade A chicken food!
I might find out if I can grow tomatoes in this RV park, maybe even some lettuce or sweet potato!
