So, this new owner, typical of non resident owners, says to me

"Well we will see what we can do to you."

And this to my response that he is not allowed to tell me to go back to my domicile when he is on my end of the park, and the front end has zero burn piles, zero trash, and is a place frankly, unlivable due to terms of the lease where no one can have shitall nor fences, etc. I am a holdover from '15 era, so fast do things move in USA these days.

So then also his letter says "If you repeat your verbal abuse we will with or without police presence take 3 day eviction action against you"

This is a common tactic to scare, but I have paid rent 100% on time for 5 years there is no demand to pay at all, and no nuisance on my part in terms of my 5 hour lecture and chat session. He was just upset at the content, and being lectured by a whippersnapper.

So, three day lock out, and "Don't you dare show your face outside your spot, and don't you think ypou will get a new lease either my friend" sort of feeling is what I have now. Man lies about my threatening him with my guns? In essence, to whom do I rebut? I found only GLP would have a ear that would understand.

Hmm, it's all easily understood because during the chat session I told him "I'll stay in my zone all summer as I did last year, no problem." so really what happened is just his next day butt hurt.
