They should be trained to fight and sent back to the country they fled. Period. They can leave their family, but they must go back and fight to save their homeland. Cowards can fight for their country, if they are trained and armed. These are the very ones who need to clear their country. Empower them to be able to go home. There are not enough handouts, not enough homes and meals on wheels, to give all who will flee. There has to be a line in the sand. If any are ISIS, you will know it and better to find out in this way, than have them loosed in another nation of innocents. These will be followed by millions, unless you turn the tide now. Take the men and boys and train them, in every nation and send them back to fight ISIS. One back turns in parting to turn and turn again. Leaving is never going, its circling round the bend.
