My question is: if all of this is true, then why has this Country kept from having a Nationwide blackout?
Quoting: ^^Mountain Woman^^ could be a demonstration of ability to take down the grid but, they are using it to blackmail the govt. or it's the samson option if AI ever takes over as a hostile force
