'Unprecedented'; 'Fair Trial Impossible' The good judge came a bit unglued by his standards tonight as he outlines that this 6.4 million horrendous money grab to the family of drug dealer Freddie Gray was an unprecedented act and has made any type of fair trial now impossible. A settlement this quickly is simply unheard of. The Baltimore council approved this offer quickly with a 5-0 vote. The Judge seems to infer that maybe this is a scheme (my word) to give the lawyers for the cops an automatic way to get the charges dropped. Perfect corruption right? Offer a ridiculous amount of money to a family for the loss of Gray who legally had a value of zero dollars (as outlined by Napalitano). By doing this, Mosby (and her handler Valerie Jarrett) 'poisons the well' by inferring the cops were guilty. Then the cop lawyers all move for dismissal of all charges. The evidence that Gray died as a result of his own idiotic drug-induced actions, is buried and nobody finds out that the entire federal AG office, Baltimore DA's office and White House is covered in fraud, lies and deceit. What a sickening unjust legal system has emerged under this horrific president and his hench-persons. In every case, there can be no civil settlement until all criminal cases have concluded. This is a complete sham...in public with hundreds of Baltimore city officials in on the scam. What a travesty of justice. Can you imagine if you were one of those cops facing a murder trial and you found out that the DA already admitted YOUR GUILT by paying off the Gray family with a ridiculous sum of unwarranted money? 'Unprecedented'; 'Fair Trial Impossible' Napalitano should at least be DOJ chief in a Trump Administration. I'd also love to see him on the Supreme Court but he is already in his 60's so Trump would need to appoint some younger conservative judges. I look for some of the old liberal ones to retire before Obama leaves so he can put young commies in their places.
