I think you mean that the more well thought out (and felt out) the 'why' affirmation, the more likely it is that you'll get results. I don't think there are any rules here but for me, I sometimes like to sort of to jump to the future and imagine/visualize in vivid detail the anticipated results actually happening. I'm also doing it by saying the affirmation quietly in my head and heart and that's it. |

It knows that you aren’t rich. It knows that you don’t have a new car, a new house, a new boyfriend, a cure for your cancer. Quoting: davidnv You can reprogram your subconscious, with enough effort. I have done so. Don't even try, it is very easy to devolve into psychosis this way. It can cause some incredible, realistic experiences. I have also experienced manifestation, but I tried desperately to make it stop, because fucking with reality seems scary. |

When we ask 'Why?', we are open, aren't we? We are open and expectant to the universe, we want an answer. You know that saying, 'He won't be told', or, 'Her mind is closed off'. We can't fill a full vessel. Some people are unteachable; they refuse to ask questions, because it would demean their ego. So my point is, in the act of asking a question, possibly that 'opens us up' more to the universe, which can then give us what we need. Anyway, interesting, thanks, I'll experiment and report back! :) |

(OP) General Discussion User ID: 69449127 United States 09/13/2015 08:05 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Actually, well done affirmations completely annihilate any affOrmations (questions). Quoting: Anonymous Coward 70289226 Questions do not pressure the subconscious min into accepting the new 'truth', at all. They have a very quick initial effect but go completely down hill from there, while well made affirmations do the opposite and work better in the long run. Also, for subliminal messages it is better to do affirmations exactly for the same reason. Questions do not pressure you into becoming a new person, you feel too at ease. The problem of it all is doing affirmations the right way, if you only lie to yourself your subconscious mind will resist the affirmation. You need to seduce the subconscious mind but that takes a special kind of person to do. That's why there are only 2 or 3 good subliminal producers in the world, the rest completely suck. Here's a well made affirmation I just did and is running on mindmaster software: I now let go of, clear, dissolve, disconnect from and utterly destroy any and all forms, signs and symptoms of fear, shame, guilt, tension, nervousness, stress and anxiety, and immediately, permanently, and successfully replace it with powerful anxiolytic and anti-depressant feelings that make me feel ultra focused, joyful, self confident, cool, collected, and composed, under any, and all circumstances. *You need high resolution monitor to have such big sentences. *You need to repeat it the most you can. Great. Whatever works best for you. I'm sticking with why-firmations. |

(OP) General Discussion User ID: 69449127 United States 09/13/2015 08:42 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | No. I have a notebook in which I offer thanks and gratitude for what I am given, and that which will come to pass. It works well for me. Gratitude comes from the heart, and carries with it a power and sincerity that affirmations alone do not. I do not have to fool my subconscious mind because it already believes in what I am putting down. This method both communicates what I want, and offers thanks for what I receive. I like that dual aspect. I feel like it is more of a communication; helping the Universe/God set your path forward by saying "yes, more of this" after you receive something, rather than simply making a statement of will/intent. I utilize other methods too, but this is my favourite. Whatever floats your boat... whatever works for you. That's all I meant. Beautiful. Thanks! |

This way, you're subconscious won't sabotage, and you can freely imagine / create. "Wouldn't it be nice if..." will always be putting off whatever you're wishing for to some time in the future. In other words, "wouldn't it be nice" implies that if it happens, then it would/will be nice. 'Seems to me that the word "if" just leaves things open ended with no focused energy path... |

Quoting: davidnv Here’s are some examples: Why does money come to me so easily? Why is my problem with ________ completely resolved? Why do I feel such inner peace? It goes deeper than that because being in a state of "wanting" will only perpetuate more wanting and nothing will ever manifest because you're still "wanting" it. Speak your truth out loud, give thanks for (fill in the blank) and send your sound vibrations out into the ethers and watch it manifest...power of the spoken word is real. Anyway, the reason it works is because your brain functions like a computer in a way example: when you put a search term into Google it goes out & finds you the answer to your question, it brings back an answer that fits...that is correct. When you ask your brain (subconscious mind) for something you need to put it as a question...Why am I so wealthy? Why? (its best to do this as you are falling asleep, so your subconscious mind can work on it) & your mind wants to know the answer, it goes out looking for that answer....like Google. It does not stop until it has that answered for you. Things start to happen, people show up, you get ideas you never ever would have, because your mind is trying to make it so, its needing the answer to your question, your mind is like a computer, so it makes things happen that will bring wealth into your life. It goes out & searches like Google. Hope I'm making sense, but I did buy this program, & I use it, & it works. I just can not remember which computer I have that the program on in my files. Its basically pretty simple, always ask "Why" instead of "I am" it really works! Bree's Spiritual Design Astrology |
