still a possibility for a big quake sometime around the week before and after the 28th. This year's blood moon will be the closest one since the one a week after the BIG fuku quake. closer moon...bigger tidal forces.  So when is that? On the 28th the moon will be the closest it's been since March, 2011. the week preceeding and following a bloodmoon are speculated to have greater chances of a big one....the big quake in 2011 Japan that caused the tsunami was followed by a bloodmoon a week later.
